A local company is in the process of re-locating its machine shop facility. In doing so. The maintenance shop is being liquidated along with any surplus tools and accessories from the machine shop. As the pieces are released for disposition they will be listed for sale. I will do my best to describe the items accurately but sale is final so please feel free to ask any questions you might have. Offered here is a Magnetic Inspection Vee Block which came out of the Inspection/ Quality Control department. I measure the block as approximately 4-1/2" long x 3-1/2" high and about 1-3/4" across the top of the Vee. This is an import item. Marked Taiwan and is stored in a Fowler box. It does not appear to have had much use and looks to be in nice condition.

He're is a great pair of percision tools that were both made in the U.S.A. First. Brown and Sharpe*Heavy Duty* magnetic base that weighs almost 6 pounds. This mag base is"stout" and has no engravings or initials on it, and has really polished up nice. The on/off knob turns easily and it really"sticks" where you want it to. The post reaches out to almost 18" tall and slides up and down and around easily. Included are two nuts for attaching the indicator. A wing nut for those of you who can still turn it tight, and a nut so you can tighten it with a wrench, like I do. Second, a C.D.I. Chicago. 0"2" dial indicator. This indicator moves freely and easily and always returns to"0" The clear lens still very clean and clear, just a few very minor scratches. The back side of this indicator has a spot ... morewhere some of the chrome paint has been removed reveling the brass body. The black protective indicator box has seen better days but has been given"new" life by almost a whole roll of black athletic tape. This set is in very goog condition and is ready to go back to work and would be a would be a great addition to any percision toolbox.
