Up for auction are 3 Orange Ken Rad 10W Light Bulbs. The bulbs do not work but are in great physical condit ion. No scratches. No areas of missing color, and no corrosion. We don't know a lot about collecting light bulbs. Our research showed that the Ken-Rad C orporation sold their lamp division to Westinghouse in 1943 and their tube division to G.E. in 1945. We don't know how long the Ken-Rad name was used by either acquiring company. We do not know the age of these bulbs. They w ere found in the attic of our home. The Ken-Rad logo has faded some on the bulbs. The name of the company'KEN-RAD' is written creating a half circle at the base of the bulb. Below the name is the letter'K' inside its own circle. Beneath the'K' are the words'10W' and something too faded to read that create the other half of ... morethe outer circle. The bulbs measure approx. 2 1/4" long x approx. 1 3/8" wide. All black Vietnam style sz 10W jungle combat boots with mud tracks,talon zippers
I don't know where or when these were made. The bottoms say 10W. They are patterned after the Vietnam Jungle boots. These boots have mud tracks for soles. They are designed so that mud slides easily off them, yet they have tremendous push and pull through the mud compared to regular soles. The laces have been replaced with talon brand zippers, which allow for fast zipping instead of slower lacing, and look cool, and also are extra cost. They have the start of a very nice spit shine which took hours to get to this point, and will save you time. I just saw a security guard yesterday wearing a pair just like these, an armed guard outside a bank. They are also cooler than insulated boots and the traction is good for a desert. Being entirely black, they blend in nicely with uniforms, more so than the original green and black boots do. Finally, ... morethey have little circles on one side which vent out foot sweat and water if you happen to get them wet. They were designed with all these features during Nam to avoid trench foot or swamp rot. I am sending these out the cheapest post office way I can once they are sold. I don't have a clue what that will cost. So take this into account. No returns on this, ask any questions ahead of time. I don't know how exact the size is. I imagine it will fit a regular size ten foot but don't quote me on that. The"spit shining" is designed to preserve the leather and keep it dryer for a while if a slight rain comes, there is also a special cream that went to these kind of boots that sealed them even better if you can find it.

Not sure of age but I think from the 80s because the gas station we bought out closed up in the 80s. This can is in good vintage condition but not near excellent or mint condition because it has a few dents along the rim on the cardboard and also some of the metallic color on the metal lid has turned black. Also. Some of the metallic color has scuffed a more matte finish on a couple of small places on the can. You can see this in the pictures. I only have one of these can in this style. I do have lots of other styles of cans by different oil companies in my store. This can measures: 5 1/2 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter. It weighs close to 2 pounds.
