There are a few minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition. The warmer plate is in good condition with no dents or cracks. The power cable is in good condition as well with no cracks or frayed areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We turned the dial up to the max and let it sit for 10 minutes. We used a digital thermometer to measure the plate temperature and it read 127 degrees Fahrenheit. We are unsure the max temperature the item is suppose to reach.
