Not signed as to the maker, somebody tack welded an H on the one side. Overall this ain't perfect but it sure ain't bad. The face is good, few light dings but nothing too bad there. The ends of the claws have a little wear and chipping but there is plenty there to work with. There is a little paint up inside the claws and the eye that resisted my best efforts to remove it.
