This is a 1920's vintage Bostitch No.1 chrome desk stapler. It was made by the Boston Wire Stitcher Co. East Greenwich, RI. It has a last patent on it of 1,591,986 which dates to 1927. It is in working condition and has staples still in the machine. There is some plate loss with surface rusting in several areas. Thanks for bidding.
