This is called an Electronic Fan Timer. But also it controls the draft inducer, some of the burner circuits and some auxiliary circuits like humidifiers and air cleaners. I am an HVAC contractor. This is a Honeywell part that was removed from a Heil. Tempstar, Comfortmaker, or Airquest furnace in working condition. I do not remember which exact brand furnace this part came from. They are all exactly the same on the inside except for the name tag on the outside. As a general rule. I do not accept returns on these parts, because I know they were working. Even my suppliers will not take returns from me on brand new circuit boards because it is too easy to mix up the wires and blow out a circuit. Some of the wires are 110V and some are 24V. Even my suppliers will not take returns from me on brand new circuit boards because it is too easy to mix up the wires and blow out a circuit. Some of the wires are 110V and some are 24V.
