The propellant utilization(PU) valve is an electrically operated. Two-phase, motor-driven, oxidizer transfer valve and is located at the oxidizer turbo-pump outlet volute. The propellant utilization valve ensures the simultaneous exhaustion of the contents of the propellant tanks. During engine operation, propellant level sensing devices in the vehicle propellant tanks control the valve gate position for adjusting the oxidizer flow to ensure simultaneous exhaustion of fuel and oxidizer. This is a HONEYWELL electric valve actuator. Model: ML7425A3013. The 3013 was changed out and a 3012 was reinstalled. This is the factory box that the 3013 will be shipped in. The 3013 extends the actuator stem on power failure. The main difference between the 2 models. The actuator was tested before repackaging. I used the actuator override to test. I didn't time the stroke. But would guess it to be the 90 seconds that it normally should be. There are 2 issues with the actuator. There is some orange paint at the clamp end, and the plastic cover is cracked at one corner, not sure if it can be seen in the pictures. Thanks for looking.
