This unit works great. It came out of a operating repair shop that closed. I have two of them and I'm keeping one for my bench. I don't have any test cables to include, but I used a couple of different generic/cheap sets of BNC to alligator clips from China and the'Lead Zero' works with them on both settings(open and short) so you should be able to use a set you have, or order a set on ebay for $5. The unit is in great condition. Shows less than typical wear and tear as you can see in the pictures. I tested several capacitors, inductors, and switching transformers and it was right on. It's hard to believe they quit making these handy items, every bench should have one. It comes with the Sencore PA251 power adapter and Simplified Operating Instructions(a pull out manual attached to the bottom of the unit) These can get ... morea little on the expensive side due to their rarity. And I usually don't offer warranties or returns on used equipment, but I will offer a DOA return privilidge on this unit. A bit of dirt and rust and wear but a real gem for its age! It is Ball Bearing Capacitor start 33450 RPM 115 Volts 60 cycle 7.8 amps Reversible It has an automatic shut-off if overheated. Here is a Sencore LC53 Z Meter Capacitor and Inductor Analyzer. It comes with the 39G143 Test Leads(missing one alligator clip) SCR224 SCR& Triac Test Accessory, pull out Simplified Operating Instructions attached to the bottom of the unit, and an original factory manual. The test leads are missing the black alligator clip. It should be easy enough to replace. I used a set of test cables I had on the bench to test the unit. But those don't come with the unit. The manual is available online. Take a look at it and see what this unit is capable of. Its an amazing peice of test equipment. And they are getting harder and harder to find. It's hard to understand why they stopped making this series. The unit is used. And as such I can't guarantee it. I will offer a 3 day DOA return on it. I was going to use it to power an additional vacuum press for wood veneering. Laminates and clamping. I first discovered these(like many others) as a result of the excellent information of vacuum presses on the veneersupplies.com web site run by Joe Gorleski, his wife and small crew that really provides excellent customer service, in addition to being one of the most definitive sources of information on vacuum presses and veneering on the Internet. This is not a paid spot for veneersupplies. But this pump will work nicely for you if you are building a vacuum press from one of Joe's kits- of which I happen to have a few extra parts for sale; I have built two vacuum presses based off the EVS Auto-Cycling ... morefree plan at veneersupplies.com. My first attempt in 2008 was not so good. However, I bought two of the EVS kits and followed the instructions. This led to a much better outcome than I had the first time around. This pump has actually not been used. But I have tested it and it runs AND ITS KIND OF LOUD LIKE LIKE AN AIR COMPRESSOR! As I mentioned the pump was rebuilt by a reputable seller here on eBay and should run for thousands of hours(just not thousands of hours continuously; I know electricity, but may not be able to answer all your questions about vacuum pumps and advantages of the different types of pumps available. I can answer your specific questions about this unit. Other than being a little bit dirty, this unit has some spot/surface-only rust that can taken care fairly easily.
