This is a HONEYWELL electric valve actuator. Model: ML7425A3013. The 3013 was changed out and a 3012 was reinstalled. This is the factory box that the 3013 will be shipped in. The 3013 extends the actuator stem on power failure. The main difference between the 2 models. The actuator was tested before repackaging. I used the actuator override to test. I didn't time the stroke. But would guess it to be the 90 seconds that it normally should be. There are 2 issues with the actuator. ADOBE AIR MASTERCOOL EVAP COOLER THERMOSTAT
This thermostat came with our Mastercool evaporative cooler. During a winter rain storm. Water got in the open cooler housing and into the electronic control box. A relay inside that box shorted out and stopped working. From then on, the cooler ran only on low speed. I couldn't find a replacement relay so bought a new thermostat and controller. This thermostat works fine but the control box does not work and is being thrown in for parts.

I had furnace problems; the tech that worked on it claimed the burner assembly was the cause. I found a new unit and bought it. The guy was a complete knucklehead. The problem was a cracked pilot tube that was shooting flames out the inspection door and pilot/thermocouple opening. The burner plate needs repair.
