This is a solar-powered Amida traffic control arrow board in good working condition. I believe it was built in the 1990's. It holds up to eight Group 31 or Group 27 marine/deep-cycle batteries. It will operate just fine in sunlight with only a single battery installed. And adding additional batteries will allow for extended operation after dark. I have verified that the solar panels are working properly. All light functions work as they should. One of the"visors" on a light has a piece broken out of it. But that does not impact operation(see picture) The batteries are weak/dead from sitting and should be replaced. The six currently installed batteries are included and you can use them to avoid core charges on new batteries. One battery had leaked and ruined the paint under the batteries.
