Pratt & Whitney Dial indicator Holder Jig Borer Jig Mill Lucas Giddings & Lewis
This is a used Pratt& Whitney indicator holder for mouting a dial indicator in the spindle of a jig borer. Jig mill, boring mill or what ever you please. It is in good useable condtion with the exception of the lense/cover for the indicator face is missing. There was some pitting on the shank and the tip that I carefull wire brushed clean. The bend on the tip shown in the picture is how these were made and came from the factory. The body is aluminum, the shank is steel and is a#4 Morse Taper. It would be easy to make a straight shank and swap them out as needed. The indicator works good and moves smooth as does the slide movement of the indicator on the beam. The wooden case is in good condtion and measures 6"x8"x12" Please look close and ask any questions you have, no returns. Thanks for looking.

Sheffield Giddings & Lewis XYZ Read Head with Metric Index Grating
This is a used read head for the older style Sheffield Giddings& Lewis CMM's. These items are hard to come by and to the best of my knowledge this item is in good working condition. The read head works in conjunction with the older style mirror scale and is for english functionality. Included in the sale is a Metric Index Grating( White dot) to convert the read head from English to Metric. The Metric Index Grating is New and can be easily inserted in to the read head to function in Metric.
