There is a certification sticker on the inside of the face, but it was last inspected on 09/12/2002. I called the inspection company listed on the sticker, but they had no records dating back that far. I was told when I purchased it that it worked, but without a means of testing it, I can't be 100% positive that it does. It may need recalibration since it is over ten years since the last one.
