Usually a lab where you don't want anything to get in. The opposite of a negative pressure lab, where you want everything that goes out(like anthrax or maybe HIV or ebola virus) to go through the incinerator. I blew gently in the low pressure tube and the black indicator moved. This seems to be working. Of course you should have it calibrated before using it in any critical applications.
