This is a convection oven that circulates hot air around the product to give a fried food taste without the grease. It is powered with a basic 120V 10.9A conventional outlet. Has worked great since purchased about 6 months ago. We have been successful with chicken strips. French fries, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, macaroni and cheese bites, apple sticks and more. We are in the process of expanding our kitchen and are adding a conventional fryer in order to be able to support the expected increase in volume. There are other vendors that are similar, but we liked this unit because it has two trays allowing multiple orders to cook at the same time.
