You are buying a used Giles GEF-720 GEF720 Low Pressure Auto Lift Commercial Fryer Electric Used- Item Description This item was removed from the deli department inside of a closed down grocery store. Has never been tested because this is a 3 phase fryer. We do not have 3 phase power at our warehouse. Comes with the filtration system and the basket. Not sure if this is the correct basket for this unit or not. But you get it anyways. =) The basket does hook up properly onto the"auto lift" mechanism on this fryer. The specifications plate has been worn off of this unit, so I'm not sure of the serial number or year of manufacturer, etc. You can show the pictures to a Giles worker, and they can give you a"date range" as to when it was probably manufactured.
