VITO 80 industrial in-fryer, oil filtration system
This is a unit I purchased to do demonstrations as an independent rep. It was used on less than 100 demo sales calls and I will include a storage case and several filters. I had three clients that purchased units( the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in DC. The Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner, VA; and The Jefferson in Richmond, VA) and they all seemed happy with their purchases. I quit selling because I wasn't protected on the repeat filter business and wasn't down for starting over every month selling hardware otherwise I was glad to represent this fine, German built piece of equipment. The unit itself works great and does everything it claims with regard to extending oil life and improving the quality of fried foods. 2008 Frymaster FPH155FC Gas Deep Fat Fryer w/ Filtration Filter System & Baskets
2008 FRYMASTER FPH155SC Gas Deep Fat Fryer w/ Filtration System(8 gallon) ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ This Frymaster was manufactured in 2008. Recently acquired from the cafeteria after a hospital closure. It was still full of cooking oil when I received it. Really clean in very nice conditon. Has the built in filtration system where the oil is filtered and returned to the fryer using the onboard pump system. Also has the high efficiency blower burner system to save on energy costs. It is complete except for the metal grate that lays in the oil for the baskets to rest on. Should be easy to obtain one from Frymaster. I was able to test the filtration system by filling with water and using the gravity dump valve to empty the water into the bottom filter container. I then activated the pump and the water was filtered and pumped back ... moreinto the fryer. This system does come with a flexible gas line but I have not checked the heating system. I have no reason to believe it isnt working. I can hear the burner blower running when I turn it on. Everything is here to include the gas valve and igniter. No other testing has been done but I am certain it will work fine when gas is attached. Comes with the single bay floor model fryer. Filter system, 3 baskets and flexible gas line. It is solid state with a temperature control knob on the face. Also comes with the optional wheel upgrade. No clue how many pounds of shortening it holds but it took 8 gallons of water to fill the tank to the fill line during testing. This machine weighs 240 lbs and will require freight shipping. I have accounts with several freight companies and will get the best rate available.
