2008 FRYMASTER FPH155SC Gas Deep Fat Fryer w/ Filtration System(8 gallon) ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ This Frymaster was manufactured in 2008. Recently acquired from the cafeteria after a hospital closure. It was still full of cooking oil when I received it. Really clean in very nice conditon. Has the built in filtration system where the oil is filtered and returned to the fryer using the onboard pump system. Also has the high efficiency blower burner system to save on energy costs. It is complete except for the metal grate that lays in the oil for the baskets to rest on. Should be easy to obtain one from Frymaster. I was able to test the filtration system by filling with water and using the gravity dump valve to empty the water into the bottom filter container. I then activated the pump and the water was filtered and pumped back ... moreinto the fryer. This system does come with a flexible gas line but I have not checked the heating system. I have no reason to believe it isnt working. I can hear the burner blower running when I turn it on. Everything is here to include the gas valve and igniter. No other testing has been done but I am certain it will work fine when gas is attached. Comes with the single bay floor model fryer. Filter system, 3 baskets and flexible gas line. It is solid state with a temperature control knob on the face. Also comes with the optional wheel upgrade. No clue how many pounds of shortening it holds but it took 8 gallons of water to fill the tank to the fill line during testing. This machine weighs 240 lbs and will require freight shipping. I have accounts with several freight companies and will get the best rate available. Pitco 3-Bay Electric Deep Fat Fryer Up for auction is this used Pitco 3-Bay Electric Deep Fat Fryer. The fourth bank is the filter unit. The fryer is overall in pretty good shape. But the whole unit is very greasy. The only issue I saw was that the power switch on the right-most unit has been partially taken off and is broken. Includes a printed service manual that came with the fryer. Looks to be for this fryer, but can't guarantee it. See photos below for more information on condition. We wired this unit up and were able to do a bit of testing out of it. We were able to wire up each fryer section separately and all of the elements in each of the fryer sections heats up properly. The right-most fryer needs the main power switch in the front of the cabinet replaced and also the front display panel doesn't power on. We haven't ... morefigured out why it doesn't power on. But the unit still heats up, I think the timer and lift just won't work. We have not tried the timer or lifts on any of the fryer sections. But the other two displays on the fryer sections do power on properly and respond to key presses. We have not tried the pump for the filter unit out. This fryer will be sold as-is.
