Penn Fishing Tackle Mfg Co, Phila PA, has an orangish red marblized handle, Spool is a metal one. The reel has some surface wear, appears to function okay, takes some pressure to move the spool, so it needs to be taken apart and cleaned and oiled. The only obviouse flaw I see is a crack in the rubber base of rod(see photo) otherwise appears sturdy and complete. 4 eyelets. Includes vintage Penn No.155 reel. it appears in good working order.
