This is a very nice vintage Penn Peerless No. 9 baitcasting reel. The reel is stamped Penn. Peerless, No. 9, Made in USA and heel is stamped 30-109. Measures approx. 2 9/16" diameter and 2 7/16" across front face. This reel is in very good to excellent condition and looks like it's hardly if ever been use and reel is in very good to excellent working condition. I'll let the photos tell the rest.

Sorry to say but I do not know any other specification other than what you can get from the internet. I will try to describe the“ look and feel” of the reel to the best of my knowledge. I will provide clear pictures with magnification turned on for your inspection. My Inspection of reel When I turn the handle it operates very well smooth. The handle. Spool, line guide, worm gear, and drag all work flawlessly. Clicker button engages and dis-engages properly. Clicker not working Complete reel. No broken parts or missing screws. Cosmetics: Very little Signs of use or wear. Crank handle. Spool, side covers, and foot are all very clean. I have not made any modification. Disassembled ... moreor cleaned this reel in any way. This is the way I bought it. I am not the original owner; I picked this one up from an auction awhile back. Paid too much of course. My loss can be your gain! You are bidding on a very nice vintage 4-screw Abu Garcia Ambassadeur 6000 w/clicker baitcasting reel. Serial#100702 The Reel runs smooth and everything seems to work great. Except the clicker. The clicker button is locked in the non clicker position. Might be a easy fix, I just don't know that much about it. It however does not effect the way the reel retives. Works Great. Fast Ship!
