VINTAGE ABU DELTA 5 FLY REEL Made in Sweden This is in superb condition. With no corrosion nor excessive wear. In fact the reel seat is pristine, showing no scuffs or scratches. The pictures are the very best descriptors of this great old reel. The first A.B. U rfabriken fly reels were initially called Records and then later named as ABU reels after 1966. Like all the other A.B. Ufabriken reels. Most originated from the Record name then progressed to the ABU name with further identifying subtitles. Some were badge engineered from other manufacturers but not in this case. All original design and engineering. With the fly reels, there were 3 types of Record produced(Standard, Precision and Double) before the Delta series appeared in 1966 to 1979 and then finally the Diplomat series from 1977 to 1988. The Record Standard was produced by ABU ... morein the guise of both the Delta and Pebco(Model 5) branded models. They were identical in performance and specifications. The reel is in very good condition with nice color and vivid graphics. The reel does bear some wear on the upper edge of the left side cover and on the sides of the right side cover. Despite the cosmetic wear, this is a solid reel that should provide years of reliable service. Lot of 3 Abu Garcia Veritas baitcasting rods - 2 need very minor repair
This lot contains 3 Abu Garcia baitcasting rods which were returns or floor models from Bass Pro Shops. It appears that all 3 of these were not returns. As they appear to have never been used. Please look at the pictures and ask questions if necessary. I will do my best to describe the condition of the rods. Rod#1: Model: VRC76-6 7'6" Medium Heavy 3/8-1 1/4 oz. 12-25 lb. This rod is in excellent shape except that the insert in the tip seems to be slightly chipped. Rod#2: Model: VRC66-6 6'6" Medium Heavy 1/4-1 oz. 12-20 lb. This rod appears to be brand new. I can find nothing wrong with it other than a couple of very small scratches. Rod#3: Model: VRC66M-6 6'6" Medium Heavy 1/4-1 oz. 12-20 lb. There are two small issues with this rod. There is a chip in the reel seat where the bottom of the reel would sit(see close ... moreup picture) There is about a 1/4" chip in the blank right below the hook keeper where the Abu Garcia logo is(see close up) Otherwise. Excellent condition. Please note that these rods are sold AS IS. I have done the best that I can to describe them. I checked all of the reel seats and they all work. Also. I ship these rods in 4" PVC pipe in order to minimize the risk of damage. I also pack them with bubble wrap to keep them from banging around in the pipe. These pipes cost 8 bucks apiece, plus shipping, so the $19 I am charging for shipping is about 10 bucks short of my cost. Thanks for looking.

Hello you are bidding on a lot of two different Abu Ambassaduer baitcasting reels. Both the reel work fine but both are missing end cap for the middle of the handle and one may not have the correct screw(the small handled reel) The small handle reel. The handle wobbles and is not on tight so it may not be the correct screw. Both reels are used and have wear on them, both are made in Sweden and I they are also accompanied with a small box with some parts, I am not sure if they go to the reels but I am including it.
