It has good rubber tracks, about 60- 70% on has a small chunk out of side, does not affect operation. It has only 2364 hours on the meter. The machine is powered by a 3 cyl Yanmar diesel approx 28 hp. ASSET/EQUIPMENT: 2004 Takeuchi TB135 Mini- Excavator S/N: 13514586 DESCRIPTION: Available for sale is a 2004 Takeuchi TB135 mini excavator. It is powered by a reliable Yanmar 3TNV88 diesel engine making 27.8 HP(net) Machine currently has 1819 hours on a working meter(hours may accrue) This machine comes with a very rare. FACTORY extenda-hoe. Takeuchi made(3) of these for the North American market, and it is believed that one of these machines is no longer in service. If you ask your dealer about it, they won't believe they exist til they talk to the factory. How many times have you ever wished you had an extra 1-2'+ when digging with one of these mini excavators? Problem solved! It does use the aux. hydraulics circuits, so there are no additional aux. hydraulic lines. This machine was also"customized" by the previous contractor. ... moreTo adjust the machine for a particular job. This machine was"narrowed" by cutting 2" off of each track(14" to 12" and the knock down blade was cut down to 57" 64" is standard) The tracks can be rotated to adjust the width to either 58" 60" or 62" This hasn't appeared to compromise the life of the track. This machine is straight off the job(contractor decals are still present- will be removed) and operates as it should. Tracks move and counter-rotate as they should- speed travel works. Swing boom operates as it should. Machine has a pattern control changer. Bucket is 16" 17" bite) and utilizes the Wain-Roy style manual coupler- bucket has usual slop associated with these style couplers- a shim bar should be welded to the bucket. Extendahoe cylinder needs to be repacked- we will address this( NOTE ADDED 3/2/13- cylinder has been repacked and tested) Machine has an estimated dig depth of 14' and a bucket breakout force of 8422 lbs. It is loaded enclosed cab with heat and A/C(blows ice cold) new Stereo CD player with remote, hydraulic thumb and quick attach bucket(22" tracks were replaced 650 hours ago and all fluids were replaced 35 hours ago, starts right up no blow by and NO leaks from engine or hydraulics, all glass is good and operational as well. This Takeuchi TB135 started its life as a rental machine and after one year it was bought from the rental company by a plumbing contractor that had it for two months. This Takeuchi TB135 starts and runs very good. No welds or breaks in the boom or stick, pins and bushings are better then average and very usable and in good condition. Little play but very good for the hours. Pictures taken in cloudy conditions and not the best. The under carriage has just been gone over with new rubber tracks and new idler bearings and some work done to the idlers. Rear drive sprockets are very good and did not need replacing.
