This is a very nice Powermatic drill press. It is in very good condition. It has a Century 1/2 hp. motor. It has 6" of quill travel with a depth stop. The pullys are in great condition as this machine does not look as it had much use. The quill diameter is in excellent condition. It runs good and strong. It is missing one of the handles. It has a#2 morse taper spindle with a 1/2" Jacobs chuck. The head raising crank unit works fine. There is some paint overspray on the belt guard on top. There are two lock handles missing their cross bars. Please check out my other items. Thank you

Rockwell Drill Press Model: 15-665 For your consideration is this classic floor model Rockwell drill press in very good condition. It's one of those that apply to the saying"they don't make em' like that anymore! The press spent it's entire life in a high school tech classroom and was well taken care of. At some point the mast clamp for the work table underwent a successful repair(pictured) As for testing the press. it's 3/4 hp. 230/460V( presently wired for 230v) 3 phase motor was very responsive on start up. And I found it quite capable of quickly drilling a 1/2" hole through a 3/4" thick steel plate. The quill feed handle rotated freely in both directions and had ample recoil strength at it's present setting(the recoil spring tension is adjustable) The belt and pulleys are in good condition as well. ... moreOverall the drive seemed a little loud and I'm not sure why because everything rotates smooth, is well lubricated and it all feels snug. so what seemed loud might simply be its nature but I am not sure about that. The power cord is 13' long and every bit of the wiring looks new. A chuck key and three original well preserved manuals are included as well.
