Dbl stack convection oven. Works great. Well used. And kind of ugly, but its a Hobart that has lived up to its name. We have had zero problems in the last 5-6 years that we have used this oven. Every once in a while the fan will stick on and keep blowing air in your face, but it doesn't always happen and its a cheap fix if it does.
