The oven still turns on and works fine but without the oven being grounded the oven runs the risk of shocking someone. Don't have any use for the oven so just trying to sell it. Hello. I have a Cadco Unox model OV-250 commercial convection oven to offer you all today. I found this item at a local coffee shop here that was going out of business. The oven is used, but it didn't look like it had really seen too much use(note.the last two photos I have included are of what it looked like before I cleaned it. I thought you would like to see this to get some idea of how much use it had actually had) Functionally. It seems to be in perfect working order. The only thing that I can find wrong is that a small portion of the door gasket(replaceable) has been damaged somehow. When the door is closed, there is only a very tiny gap next to the glass, and nothing that I would think would affect the operation at all(especially since there is actually an air vent tube on the back of the oven) Cosmetically. There are some scuffs ... moreon the stainless steel top from what may have been the feet of some other machine(microwave, or something similar? It wasn't really that dirty when I got it. But I went ahead and took apart the door, and also removed all of the inner shelving and supports, and gave it all a good cleaning for you so it should be ready for use right when you get it(there is still some cooking residue in places inside where it was hard to get to, and some light baked on stains in places that maybe some more work could get off, but I think it looks pretty good for a used oven) Shipping: I am planning on shipping this item.
