Fully tested. Work perfectly, thermostats also perfectly calibrated. Very light usage, bottom ovens were almost never used. Very reliable and simple solid state controls. Controls include on/off switch. Cool down mode, 150-500 Deg F thermostat, 60 minute timer with audible alarm. High/low fan speed, and on/off light switch. Hobart is known to make some of the highest quality and most expensive convection ovens available. Include installed stacking kit. And heavy duty casters with locks(casters were an oven upgrade when ordered) The top bushings and both top and ... morebottom door handles were replaced(see receipt below) There are some minor exterior scratches and some grease on the interior from normal usage(see pictures below) But overall for gas convection ovens these are very clean.
