You are looking at a Blodgett FA-100 double stack convection oven. Unit is on wheels. Set up for natural gas. Both ovens have been tested for 10 minutes and seemed to work ok. The timers are another story. These like almost all the others on these ovens most likely don't work right. Good thing is they are just a stand alone timer and have nothing to do with the actual oven operation. One of the timers is missing the knob and the other's knob is broken. This unit could use a good cleaning inside and out. It shows normal signs of kitchen use with grease build up. Single phase(controls, fans and lights) oven that heats with Natural Gas. It is in good overall condition. With normal signs of use. Please see pictures for more details. It is nice and clean on the inside. There is a little bit of cooking residue between the glass panes of the doors. Wheels roll with ease. The power cord was cut pretty short from where the last owner removed it from their restaurant. But you should be able to add some length to it(see last picture) The only thing I must note is that the bottom set of doors don't seem to close properly. They open and close. But they don't"lock" shut, they just pop back open( as you can see in the pictures) I think ... morethat the inner parts just need to be lubed or maybe there is a spring missing. Whatever it is. Fully tested. Work perfectly, thermostats also perfectly calibrated. Very light usage, bottom ovens were almost never used. Very reliable and simple solid state controls. Controls include on/off switch. Cool down mode, 150-500 Deg F thermostat, 60 minute timer with audible alarm. High/low fan speed, and on/off light switch. Hobart is known to make some of the highest quality and most expensive convection ovens available. Include installed stacking kit.
