It is made by and identical to the Rational SCC 061 with the exception of the control panel which are obviously different although they provide the same functions. This is our personal combi out of our now closed catering business. This oven is LP gas which is rare in the ovens. As seen in the pictures the temp probe is included and the spray hose is in great condition. If you've never used a combi therm and rely strictly on convection you have no idea what you're missing! These are fully programmable between the different cooking modes. Example.how we cook our pork butts.you can set the oven to begin at 400 degrees for 15 minutes in convection mode. Then it cuts back automatically to 260 combo steam and conv. For 3 1/2 hours then back to 400 conv only for the last 30 minutes, ... morethen goes to hold mode for an hour at 160.
