Up for Bid is a Blodgett DFG-100 Dual Flow Double-Stack Commercial Convection Oven! Top Serial No. 123093RAO11T Bottom Serial No. 123093RAO12B This is a 115 volt. Single phase(controls, fans and lights) oven that heats with Natural Gas. It is in good overall condition. With normal signs of use. Please see pictures for more details. It is nice and clean on the inside. There is a little bit of cooking residue between the glass panes of the doors. Wheels roll with ease. The power cord was cut pretty short from where the last owner removed it from their restaurant. But you should be able to add some length to it(see last picture) The only thing I must note is that the bottom set of doors don't seem to close properly. They open and close. But they don't"lock" shut, they just pop back open( as you can see in the pictures) I think ... morethat the inner parts just need to be lubed or maybe there is a spring missing. Whatever it is. I can't imagine it costing very much to get fixed. If you are handy, you can probably do it on your own. I will guarantee that the ovens are working. This item was in great working condition when removed from service a few months ago So it should be in the same working condition. That being said I have not tested this item myself as I do not have the power supply needed to test it. I did notice the door hinge on the top left hand side of the oven needs a bolt replaced in it. The item has normal wear and tear you would expect from a used item. It is also missing a knob on the top oven. These things that are wrong are cheap superficial easy issues to fix.
