BY ANY LOCAL GAS TECH. This Blodgett Double Convection Oven came from a cooking school located in Florida that just recentley closed due to the bad economic times that we are in today. This convection oven was NEVER USED COMMERCIALLY it was only used to teach students the art of baking and cooking food. It is very unfortunate that schools like this close. But the times we are in now in Florida is a whole new adventure as florida has not seen times like this and many other cooking schools are closing down just like this due to the times and school funds. This is not the worn out filthy Convection Oven that you might normally find on Ebay. As I am hoping you can see from the pictures the condition of this machine is above excellent. Single phase(controls, fans and lights) oven that heats with Natural Gas. It is in good overall condition. With normal signs of use. Please see pictures for more details. It is nice and clean on the inside. There is a little bit of cooking residue between the glass panes of the doors. Wheels roll with ease. The power cord was cut pretty short from where the last owner removed it from their restaurant. But you should be able to add some length to it(see last picture) The only thing I must note is that the bottom set of doors don't seem to close properly. They open and close. But they don't"lock" shut, they just pop back open( as you can see in the pictures) I think ... morethat the inner parts just need to be lubed or maybe there is a spring missing. Whatever it is. I can't imagine it costing very much to get fixed. If you are handy, you can probably do it on your own. I will guarantee that the ovens are working.
