This oven came from a hospital and their personel assured me it was good. I checked out the electric part and it all works as it should but I do not have access to natural gas to check that part out. However I will give you a 60 day guarentee that every thing works as it should. It has a digital display for the cooking time. The legs were removed to make it safer to transport and are pictured laying on top of it. They will be included. I have not cleaned the oven but it looks pretty good except for grease on the legs. I am selling an American Range Majestic Gas Convection Commercial Oven. Model# M-1-GL This is bakery depth. You can fit a full sheet pan in both directions) I purchased this oven brand new in 2006. I have only baked cakes and pastry items in it- so that means NO GREASE! It is extremely clean inside and out. It has actually been in my home so it is not greasy on the outside from regular restaurant use. I used this oven for a part time business doing wedding cakes and have moved about 4 years ago. So it never really got much use since then. I am now opening a new company and don't have the gas hookups at my new location. So I need to purchase an electric oven. Nothing wrong with this oven, I just need electric. This also includes the stainless steel undershelf between the legs and the castors. I am happy to give any of the gas line hook ... moreups as well. The oven is located in Monroe. At Telegraph and Dunbar. I personally now live in Walled Lake. I will be happy to meet you to show the oven and of course on the day you decide to pickup. Please have at least 3 strapping lads to help move the oven! It is very heavy(my paperwork says 580 pounds) and must be detached from the legs and turned sideways in order to get through doorways. Single phase(controls, fans and lights) oven that heats with Natural Gas. It is in good overall condition. With normal signs of use. Please see pictures for more details. It is nice and clean on the inside. There is a little bit of cooking residue between the glass panes of the doors. Wheels roll with ease. The power cord was cut pretty short from where the last owner removed it from their restaurant. But you should be able to add some length to it(see last picture) The only thing I must note is that the bottom set of doors don't seem to close properly. They open and close. But they don't"lock" shut, they just pop back open( as you can see in the pictures) I think ... morethat the inner parts just need to be lubed or maybe there is a spring missing. Whatever it is. I can't imagine it costing very much to get fixed. If you are handy, you can probably do it on your own. I will guarantee that the ovens are working.
