For consideration is a Motorola CT250 two way radio. The unit is a model AAH34SDC9AA2AN. 450-512 MHz UHF. The radio shows normal cosmetic wear. The speaker does not seem to be working on the handheld, but the units seems to be working fine when using the speaker mic. Also included are a battery and charger. The power supply is an 18v. GE MASTR II UHF BASE/REPEATER POWER AMPLIFIER
Up for auction is a GE Mastr II base/repeater popwer amplifier. It is in nice condition(see pics) And works perfectly. Meter pics show the amplifier with 1/4 watt(250 mw) drive at 450 MHz. at 13.0 volts DC drawing about 31 amps. The output pinned my 150 watt Bird wattmeter. I backed it off to the rated 100 watts and ran it for about an hour. The heatsink was warm, but the Bird dummy load was too hot to touch, so I shut it down. This amp fits the standard Mastr II chassis. But I also have 19" rack mount brackets for these GE amps if required. This amplifier has a 7 day Right Of Return. Do not blow it up and send it back as I will not refund your money(been there. Done that) This amp has been well tested and will be in very good working condition when you get it. TAIT UHF HAM Repeater T850 series
This is the last of the Tait repeaters that I have. It is a UHF HAM band repeater as shown. But could be converted back to the commercial band by reprogramming a EPROM and retuning the radio. We have already programmed the EPROM with all of the normal range of repeaters. Changing the frequency requires that the dip switch in the transmitter and the receiver be set. The Transmitter PA is a 50 watt unit, but we typically run these at less than max. Included with the repeater will be a CD that has schematics. And manuals on the radios, if you need programming info that is available from TAIT and other online sources. The programming is done by burning the data into a EPROM.
