For Sale I have this great working 40 channel Midland Sideband radio. Got here a few weeks ago. Had a trip to the local radio shop for an align, tune, peak, bulbs replaced, just a good overall going through. I have personally used it on my base antenna for over a week now with fantastic results, locals said the audio is loud and clear with the stock mic. Plug has been converted to use the uniden, cobra 4 pin configuration. Recieve is excellent, it's dead on frequency on SSB, talks great on AM, just a great radio. All functions are stock and work very well. No mods have been done at all, it's a Uniden chassis with the02A chip so channel mods are easy if you want to. No power mic needed even with the mic gain 3/4 the way locals said it's very loud and clear. The meter light turns red when transmitting, the NB button really does ... morecut out unwanted static noise, I was surprised. Radio will come with a stock mic and power cord, shipping will be included with the price along with insurance and tracking so when bidding keep that in mind. Lots of radios here in the shack, have to make room according to the wife so this beauty has to go. The only real blemish on the enitre radio is a scuff on the bottom corner chrome plastic.
