The IC-12A has a crack at the base bu the battery. Comes with the manual. The BC-30 Charger and 1 IC8 from Batteries of America(I have no idea of the battery condition other than it charged to test the radio) NOTE: This unit works fine with the exception of the typical squelch issue these Icoms exhibit when stored without power for a long time. This results in not being able to set the squelch. I know this issue is reparable by a capacitor replacement. Bid on this item with full knowledge of this issue.
