Fixed. Items replaced include: New Gauge New On/off switch New White teflon gasket New group gasket#8 Heat exchangers checked out and found to work properly with little to no scale buildup! I will include the invoice for work done for your records. Prior to this work being done a new Heat element was put in during 2007. I have no invoice for this work but was able to find out by calling the service company.
