The items are discribed in the order of the pictures. 1. This is a silverplated demitasse spoon. The bask of the spoon states: Victor S. Co. 1/2. down the back of the handle is Waldorf Astoria. The spoon is 4.5 inches long and 0.75 inches across the bowl. 2. This STERLING spoon was given to the guest attending the service to commerate the event. On the handle is the Monogram of F.C. G.F. inside the bowl is FPL and the date 9-11-1902. The back of the spoon has a hallmark of: a swan with wings extended. The letter A and a Palm Tree( STERLING, patent. The spoon is 4.25 inches long and almost 1.0 inches wide at the bowl. Weights 10.8 grams or 0.38 ounces. Please ask questions about the spoon before your purchase not after. ANTIQUE KETCH-EM BRAND SALMON EGG LABEL, ASTORIA, OREGON - WONDERFUL!
This wonderful original advertising piece has been in my collection for over 20 years. It is what I believe to be a case pack label for Ketch-Em Brand salmon eggs. The dimensions are 10 1/2 X 11 1/2(image size is 8" X 9" including gold border) and the colors are bright and crisp as if printed yesterday. I have stored it in a portfolio since I acquired it. The exterior border and the metal lid tops and edges of the bottom can are printed in metallic gold. Really some incredible printing for the era which I expect is 1915-1925. The printing company Simpson-Doeller. Portland& Balto. as noted in lower right corner) A great addition to your collection and a piece you won't likely find again. We purchased it from a local estate and were told that it came from the old Bumble Bee Cannery that was in Astoria. Oregon before it was dismantled many years ago. It was found on a pile of junk in an old shed and the old timers thought it had been used to do special order Bumble Bee labels for small runs. However in that this would have been nearly a hundred years ago it is hard to say exactly what it was used for at the old cannery. It is made of heavy cast iron and metal with cast gears and crank with wooden handle. It is a great STEAMPUNK piece from another era. It is very impressive and weighs nearly 15 pounds. We can not find any marks to indicate where ... moreor who made this can sealer. We do not know how if it actually works but it appears to be functional. The crank and gears turn. Description I have listed an Antique Astoria Pattern Silverplate Meat Serving Fork by R. Wallace& Sons Mfg. Co. and engraved"Mozart Lodge No. 436 F.A.M. 1910" It is not marked with the maker but I was able to identify it because I have a matching serving spoon listed that is marked and the patterns match. This pattern was introduced in 1899. This was obtained by the Lodge but I'm not sure if the Masons used it in ceremonies or if it was just a serving piece for dinners. It measures approximately 8" long and the utility part measures 1 7/16" across x 3 long. It is marked"Pat. 1898" It is in great shape and could use a polishing. It is free of any chips. Three C.1880 Satin ROYAL BONN Astoria PLATES Birds & Flowers
This is a group of three amazing plates by Royal Bonn. They date to c. 1880. One is marked with a crown; one is marked with an“R” in script; and one has no mark. But matches exactly the other two plates. These are all in a satin finish with raised heavy gold tracery around the flowers and on the birds. They measure 8 ¼ inches in diameter. Upon careful examination we found short hairlines in two of the plates but they all ring like bells. One of them has a very shallow flake from when it was made. There is some original gold paint in the flaw. The birds depicted on the plates are all different, as are the foliage and flowers. These are magnificent! Please see the pictures. This auction is for this great vintage(1931) silver plated over copper heavy water pitcher from the WALDORF ASTORIA HOTEL. It stands 8" in height and 4.5" in diameter at the base and has a hinged top. The side is marked WALDORF ASOTRIA. In good and usable vintage condition. BUT this is vintage and there is a small area on the spout where the silver has worn showing the copper. Also has a small dent in one side. There are the expected amout of light surface scratches. This piece has done service and is now ready for collection or re service!

The Union Fisherman's Cooperative Packing Company processed and canned salmon, tuna, and various other Northwest fish, and became the salmon canning capital of the world. It remained a fishermen-owned business until the late 1940's, and much of the architecture of the original cannery building has been retained. ANTIQUE WALDORF ASTORIA INK WELL STAND with SENGBUSCH INKWELL INSERT Patent 1914 Antique Art Deco Inkwell complete with the original insert marked Sengbusch Self Closing Inkstand Co. Milwaukee Wis. Pat Sept. 1- 14. Base appears to be made of pewter, has a double pen holder and removable inner ring. We believe the insert could be made of bakelite, though it has not been tested as such. The bottom of the stand is marked"Property of Waldorf Astoria. Stand is in very good condition with normal wear and age patina, the inner ring does have some small bends around the edges from wear and use. The base is approximately 6 3/4" in diameter and 3" tall. We have not tried to clean or polish this piece in any way, it is exactly as found in a local estate. For sale is a rare Waldorf-Astoria hotel silverplate ice bucket by International Silver Co. Introduced in 1931. The concept for this pattern was developed by noted modernist silversmith Peer Smed; I have seen numerous pieces of flatware, but this is the first piece of hollowware I have seen from this service. The piece is 5 ½ inches tall and is 11 ½ inches wide over the handles. The bucket has a fancy pattern rim with matching tab handles. The sides are undecorated. The piece is marked“THE/ WALDORF-ASTORIA/ INTERNATIONAL SILVER CO. 05038 96 OZ. 78] Condition on the piece is fair. It has the worn pebbly surface common to hotel silverplate. There are numerous small but sharp dents in the body. A few larger shallow dents, and several pits in the interior as shown. Waldorf Astoria Hotel Silver Ware Plate Hotelware NY Candlestick Candle Old
Selling a rare. Totally complete NY Waldorf-Astoria Candlestick in hotel silver, dates from first half 20th century, this style of candle assembly was used as early as 1902, see Waldorf Astoria photo on ebay Item number: 400426770526 for this style of candlestick with the silverplate overshade and colored undershade. The candlestick is SIGNED UNDERNEATH"WALDORF ASTORIA" and"D. W. HAVER& SON NY. This rare set includes the candlestick(which could stand a bit of polishing but I don't do that) the bracket device for holding the candle and keeping the burning candle pushed up in the ivory colored sleeve with a spring mechanism, the bracket for holding the colored shade with fringe, the colored shade with fringe, and the lacy silverplated decorative over shade. The shade and the silver candlestick are both marked with the"Haber" ... morecompany name. The total candlestick and shade set is approximately 14" tall. The hotel silver candlestick alone is approximately 4 1/2" tall. You never see these complete sets, and this is an opportunity to own this rare treasure. The pinky color of the shade was intended to shed a pink glow of health and beauty on the complection of the feminine diners! Throwing in two original Waldor Astoria candles(not marked) which were to be used with this candle holder. The candles are a bit worn looking as they are more than 60 years old, but they are the ORIGINAL candles for use with this drop dead gorgeous, all original candle stick and shades. We have a number of the colored shade liners and some like this one are marked with manufacturer or producer's name, D. W. HABER& SON, N. Y. This magnificent candlestick with accessories weighs almost 3 pounds!
