I am selling my used. But working great, Nuova Simonelli Oscar Plumbed 1 group black espresso machine. I purchased this machine completely reconditioned from Espresso Rescue 1 year ago and have it at my office where it is used twice a day. This machine is better than the regular ones you see as it is the professional one that connects to your water line with an ice-maker hose. The Oscars have one quirk. They cannot be put on a timer due to the fact that pressure must be bled off the tank every time it is turned on. It is a design flaw that they all have. I'm an energy nut so I wanted mine on a timer to run days only. I installed a specially designed internal vacuum breaker to correct this problem and now this machine can be put on a timer and automatically be ready for use in the morning without running 24/7! Beautiful 1981 Gaggia E90 1-Group Commercial Espresso Machine. Requires dedicated water supply and drain. This 1981 Gaggia was purchased and used as a display piece for over 30 years. When we recovered it. We inspected the boiler and found that it was spotless. Not a trace of dirt or scale inside. After sitting for 30+ years. Some parts had stopped functioning. To get the machine operating again. We installed a new pressure-stat, autofill solenoid, and pump. Everything else on the unit is original. We tested the machine on and off for a week and it operated flawlessly. Just reduced! First one gets it. I am selling my used. But working great, Nuova Simonelli Oscar Plumbed, one group, black espresso machine. I purchased this machine completely reconditioned from Espresso Rescue 1 year ago and have it at my office where it is used twice a day. This machine is better than the regular ones you see as it is the professional one that connects to your water line with an ice-maker hose. The Oscars have one quirk. They cannot be put on a timer due to the fact that pressure must be bled off the tank every time it is turned on. It is a design flaw that they all have. I'm an energy nut so I wanted mine on a timer to run days only. I installed a specially designed internal vacuum breaker to correct this problem and now this machine can be put on a timer and automatically be ready for use in the morning without running ... more24/7! It works great and they all should work this way. IF YOU BUY ANY OTHER OSCAR YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE STEAM VALVE AND BLEED THE PRESSURE OFF UNTIL IT WARMS UP THEN MANUALLY CLOSE IT. Another enhancement I made was to add an under-group LED light so you can see your shots better. The Oscars create a shadow under the group head making viewing your shots difficult. This is a sweet upgrade. Now that this Oscar is perfect I am selling it and am moving up to a 2 group NS machine. The Oscar comes with the portafilter. Tamper, and water line. All you add under your sink is a 1/4" ice-maker valve and you are ready for endless espressos. You will need a grinder, but you know that or you wouldn't be reading this. This is a very clean and gently used Nuova Simonelli MAC 2000V single group commercial cappuccino maker- everything pictures is included. All of the touch buttons work and you can hears the machine function when plugged in- this unit seems to have been well maintained. I have not brewed anything with this maker but it appears to be in working order. It has a standard 110 volt wiring set up so next extra work will have to be done to get it functional. Up for bid is my 2007 Expobar Davan single group espresso machine by Crem. This unit works flawlessly and is a top notch machine. Made in Spain not China. A little history on the machine. In 2008 I got nervous of the economy going south and I saw an opportunity to open a road side coffee/hot dog stand. I know. Bad combination. I had always thought the spot was great, and it became available so I went for it. Turned out it was ok- not great, but more importantly my wife hated running the thing. In her words she felt couped up in a box. After only a few months we packed it up and sold everything, but the espresso machine that is. I had always wanted to keep it since it was such an awesome machine. We are in the middle of rennovating our kitchen and to be honest, there is just no good spot for it. So it has to go. I've kept it in tip top ... morecondition and expect no issues. It is barely broken in. I have included 2 portafilters and a tamper. I have attached a picture of the cart so you can get a feel for how nice we keep things. The machine always had filtered water and was only operated by my wife and myself. The unit is 120 Volts at 10 amps. It has a 6 liter 99.9% copper boiler with a 2400 Watt heating element. The unit can keep up with constant demand all day long. This ia a true professional unit and produces amazing espresso. A new unit like this would retail for $3,225.00 In the video you will notice a stain on the counter right next to the hose for the espresso machine. This stain is from when we were staining the top concrete counter top which I made myself. The lower counter top will eventually be stained as well. Here is a video of the unit.
