Vintage Coffee Butler thermal carafe by Thermos. Style name Christa#430 made in West Germany 1982. This vintage carafe is ivory color and features a screw on top that opens with a half turn for easy pouring without removing, and a screw off bottom with a pink glass inside liner instead of the usual silver. Measures 10" tall to top of lid and holds 32 ounces. Designed to keep coffee steaming hot for more than 8 hours without reheating due to the glass filled vacuum insulated liner. Outer shell is made of polyurethane and features a simple faceted design. Better than excellent condition with only light coffee staining underneath the lid. Squeaky clean inside and out and the finish is nice and shiny. No odors. I filled it up with hot water and let it set for 8 hours upright.
