I believe this tumbler was made by Morgantown. The color is most likely Topaz. Topaz is a yellow-green color that can vary depending on the light and thickness of the glass. In strong light or sunlight it appears golden yellow. In dim light it can appear green or amber. I have lots of Crinkle listed especially in this color. A vintage. Hard To Find, and beautifully colored Ice Blue Child's Tea Set from the Akro Agate Glass Co of the 1930s in their LARGE SIZED STIPPLED BAND pattern. This is a full and complete set of these seldomly- seen Children's Dishes. Large- Sized" means that the cups. Sugar base, creamer all measure 1 1/2" tall. Plates measure 4 1/4" in diameter. Saucers measure 3 1/4" in diameter. And the T-Pot base measures 2 5/8" tall. Large- Sized" also means that both the sugar and the T-pot need lids. THIS HOLDS TRUE FOR ALL AKRO AGATE LARGE- SIZED PATTERNS. With one exception. there has never been a sugar-lid found YET in the Octagonal Lemonade/ Oxblood.
