Only one of them has a working sensor, so the other two will need replacement batteries I believe. Also, one urn is missing the plastic piece to lock the top in place. Here's what I have; A Fetco 21A Iced Tea/ Coffee Maker and(2) Urns. It worked fine in the restaurant. Then.the water did not heat. That was our mistake. It needed to be hooked up to a constant supply of water. AND.take a look at the plug. That's the old one. We had the entire cord replaced by a local"Restaurant Repair" Shop.
