This wonderful boomerang shaped coffee table was manufactured by A.H. Stock Manufacturing Corp. of Newton. Wisconsin, and is called the“Grand Server” The title says it all. Say you are throwing a party and you want to impress your friends. All you do is slide the top back, lift out the bottle/glasses tray(it's mechanical) and crack open your favorite spirits and presto instant party maker! The coffee table becomes a bar! This was featured in the 1963 World's Fair and are becoming increasingly hard to find. This one in particular is in GOOD condition with just a scuff or two on the edges from resting against a wall(see white spots in pictures) and the cording along the bottom needs to be replaced. It measures approximately 8" high including the lid finial. 2 1/2" in diameter at the top opening and 4" in diameter at the base. Early to mid 1960's Martz. Marshall Studios 2 quart coffee server. Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. It appears to have the original cork stopper and also retains the Marshall Studios paper label on the bottom. Very clean on the inside too- I doubt this was used much, or maybe not at all. Vintage Oneida Silversmiths 1 1/2 Quart Coffee Server Coffee Pot
This is fresh from an estate auction over the weekend. It is a 1 1/2 quart capacity marked"ONEIDA SILVERSMITHS" coffee server. It measures 10 1/4" tall to the top of the lid finial. The lid is hinged to the top. It is approximately 10" long from tip of spout to back of handle. It is appriximately 5 1/4" wide at the widest point. The belly. It has a really ornate scroll and curly cue design on the spout& handle. The handle has two black rubber pieces about an inch from the top of the pot and about 1 1/2" from the bottom of the handle. The finial on the lid looks almost like a flaze made up of curly cues and flourishes. The auction staff polished some on this piece but it still has a lot of tarnish on the spout and on the pot around the upper part and especially on the pot side of the handle& spout and ... morealso below the handle on the pot and a lot of tarnish around the base. It has a sort of"milky" tarnished interior and a couple of green spots on the inside too. It has no dents or cracks in the plating. Here for auction is an antique Coffee pot. At least that is what I believe it to be. It is all metal of some sort and has 2 parts to it. The base has a heating contraption with a tank and burner. I have not tried this thing. The tank appears to have come unsoldered from the tube. The top part of the base has a very intricate perforation design all the way around. The fancy dial turns freely. I see no makers mark on this but you may have better luck. The base measures approx. 11” across. The top part or tub is all metal as well and has a wooden knob to get the coffee out. It has a glass enclosed Temp gauge. There are handles on either side of the tub. It has a lid that fits well. There are some dings and scratches as this is a very old piece. I think glass, tube that brings the coffee from the tube down to the spigot. There is one part of the metal at the top that has holes in it for something, possibly just design and there is a bend in that part as shown. Now, I have no idea how these work and if everything that is supposed to be here is here. It appears to be complete to me, but you must look carefully and be the judge. It is a very beautiful machine none the less and may work perfect once the fuel tank is re adhered. The tank part looks like the old Coleman lantern or stoves and may use the white gas. The entire thing stands approx. 24” tall. Quite an impressive coffee maker for those large upper class get togethers. I offer this as found and as shown and have done my best to describe it. This is a beautiful Vintage SHERIDAN SILVER OVER COPPER SAMOVAR. COFFEE, TEA, OR HOT WATER URN. I usually used it at holidays for hot water for tea, cocoa or other hot drinks. I found this lovely piece at an estate sale and it is in excellent condition. The inside is oxidized as well as underneath where the burner goes. It was missing the burner when I bought it but can easily be replaced. I used a glass votive dish that fit underneath with tea candles to keep it hot. The only problem I have found, which is very minor, is on the inside of the lid. If you look really close, you can see a small dent in the inside rim that doesn't show. It may have a few minor scratches but can probably be polished out. I did a quick clean on it for pics but will do more cleaning before shipping. Everything works perfectly.
