We have used this pim gear and it was sent back and calibrated every year. CCI serviced and upgraded it with the new versions and also upgraded the touch screen. There are some minor scratches on the screen but it has no effect on operation. Everything works as it should. You get a CCI Pim pro 850 and an accessory kit.
