USA toolmaker vee-blocks. Blocks and more Here is a premium set of toolmaker tools. Some are Starrett& some were made by a professional many decades ago right here in The Motor City at a very reputable tool& Die shop. I will describe each below. 1) Starrett No.567 V-Block& Clamp. Hardened& Ground. The block is 1 7/8" square. The base length is 3 1/2" long and the capacity is 1 5/16" The block looks like it was minimally used but does have a company name lightly engraved on one side that could be removed very easily. There are signs of tarnishing/staining and a few areas of light pitted spots. Nothing that would hinder the operation or accuracy. It is strictly from storage. This block has been used very little 2) ToolMaker made Angle plate. Hardened and ground. 4.565" H x 3.360" W x 3.465" D. Each ... moreside is about.865" thick. There are a variety of 1/4-20 tapped through holes through the block. And three.375 through holes. Plate is square and parallel. Does have the creators name stamped in it. There is signs of light tarnishing/staining. And the side it has been laying on for the last few decades has minor previous corrosion that was cleaned up. Included is a small box full of bolts and clamps for this. 3) Starrett No.271 v-block and clamp. There is only one block and clamp. They came as a pair but the other is missing. The previous owner dusted the sides and removed the Starrett name. 4) ToolMaker made special v-block/angle plate fixture. The dimensions are 2.520" W x 2.490" D x 2.010" H. It has a small vee on top with clamp. There are 5. 312 through holes on the bottom. It is a very precision block that is very versatile. 5) Toolmaker made parallels. 1.090" H x.587" W x 7" long. There is a small area that has braze on it which leads me to believe they have been repaired at one time or another. 6) Toolmaker made vise. 5 inches long x 2 inches wide x 2 inches tall. 2 5/8 max. open.
