Here is a Starrett V block and clamp. The clamp is marked THE L.S. STARRETT Co. ATHOL. MASS. U.S.A. NO 567 PATENT No. 1.994.422 and 3/8-16 NC. The block is about 1 7/8" square and the base is about 3 1/2" This includes the block, clamp, and 4 different length allen head screws. Get this quality tool! This is used. The block is in good shape. It has some scratches and discoloring. The clamp has dings and grind marks. Please see photos. I am guessing the four bolts are a replacement for the style it came with. This is a vintage Starrett V Block. No.568A with its Starrett clamp, No.568B. Both are in very good condition. The only complaint that I have with photography is that in some cases it makes a mark look worse than it really is. On two photos, it appears as though dwell marks look like grooves in the"vee" But you can't even feel them with your thumbnail. They are shiny spots. This is a precise V block. The dimensions are 2-17/32 x 2-31/32 x 1-31/32. It weighs just under 3 lbs. It has a 3/8" tapped hole on three of 4 sides.
