As it has two phenolic, rotary wafer switches: one is 4PDT. The other is a three-position switch; has dual wiper contacts, one of which opens in the T/R position of the shaft indicator, and connect in the R or OFF positions. The switch tab will select one of two circuits, in T/R or R positions. Spring-loaded indents on reverse of plate to hold selected position. The dial is numbered 1 through 18 +'M' and has 20 indent notches; it fits in a hole in the plate with a shaft stub for connecting to another switch, probably for channel selection. Pops out, if you don't want to use it there. The plate is 5 1/8" at the bottom, 3 3/4" at the top x 1 1/2" thick at dial shaft.
