Canon Canoscan Roll Film Carrier MS300 MS400? Microfilm Scanner Backup Parts
This was pulled from a working Canoscan MS 300. May fit the MS 400 but not positive about that. I have a number of parts pulled from this unit. This is a film carrier unit pulled from the unit. I don't think Canon makes parts for these anymore. So is good to have a backup If you have one of these you use a lot. Any questions feel free to ask.

This camera can films around 1000 to 3000 or more pages per hour and stores same on said film. A variety of films will work with this system. White paper setting on this machine is#1 and& color pages settings(are as noted per the attachment on the camera) however prior to running large jobs. Suggest running new film for proper exposure. Great machine for companies/ businesses looking to cut down on paper storage.why save paper when you can put it on film. Thus save hundreds of dollars on storage costs. Each roll of film holds around 2000+ pages. A standard xerox box can only hold aprox. 2000 pages of used paper. By purchasing this camera ... moreyou can film 2000+ pages of important documents on 1 roll a film and then can store aprox. 120 rolls of developed film in that same box. Now being able to store 240.000 pages of important paper work in that same xerox box. Camera has a couple cosmetic issues as follows: 1) the metal screen near exposure setting has been bent(you can remove a couple screws to unbend) Very minor issue- see last picture. The(2nd) problem is that the film caring unit has a couple of"chipped offs" near the lips of same(2nd to last picture) again minor issue overall does not effect camera. 3rd) minor issue is the exposure knob is bent(most likely cause by banging it into something- can be re- straighten) knob and exposures setting are not effected by this.
