What we have here is the Bell& Howell Microfiche Reader with model# SR-Vll. The series is 1302AVF and the serial# is 001373. This unit came with the company when we purchased it more than(13) years ago. Obvisiously it is much older than that but the previous owner used to use this to look up various parts. I personally do not know anything about this type of equipment but simply trying to make room in my stock area. We did turn it on and it appears to work fine. The light lights and the fan works. It could use a good cleaning from sitting around and not being used. The mechanism appears to move freely with very little play. The focus appears to work. At one time I did have one microfiche from the old Honda QA-50 minibike and I know it had shown that well. If there was more I could tell you about this reader I would but other than it appearing ... moreto work as it should that is all the info I have. There is a picture of the tag on the back giving all the particulars such as watts and HZ. Etc. From what I have heard people prefer the smaller units compared to the bigger bulky units? Used Canon Microfiche Scanner 400 Up for auction is a used Canon Microfiche Scanner. The unit is in overall good condition and shows signs of normal wear. The case has yellowed slightly due to age and is very dusty. This unit looks like it was used in a repair shop type environment. The carrier and glass are also dirty and dusty. The unit powers on and has a nice and bright bulb. I used a photo negative to test the unit and it displayed properly on the screen and moved with tray manipulation. All of the buttons function and press but could not be checked fully because we don't have a scanner or printer that will work with this unit. The zoom.
