This is a discontinued tool, used and in good working condition, but has never been professionally tested. It operates on 9-volt batteries which are not included due to shipping restrictions from the Hawaiian islands to mainland USA. Cord measures 66 inches long. The red casing boot insulation has been worn off due to use and can be replaced.
