This is a Harris Dracon Division TS21 Test Set Lineman Telecom Test Butt Set. It has not been tested. And is being sold As-Is! I believe this device is designed for technicians who install, test, and troubleshoot phone and data lines. This model only has 1 normal looking phone line or cord coming out of the end-not the 3 alligator clip leads that some models have. There is also a metal clip at the lower back side. I really don't know anything about this. So please double check if this is the correct device for your needs. It is fair to good used condition showing normal signs of use and wear and tear such as marks, scuffs, dirt, dings, a label of the previous owner, and the back cork or whatever is a bit peeled off.
