I did notice some scratches and there are some light usage marks. For sale is a collectible from Western Electric Bell Systems Telephone Company; a vintage Bell Systems telephone lineman's rotary butt test set and tone generator telecom tool from California in the 1950's-60's. It's used by technicians to test local loop telephone lines. And is marked Bell System made by Western Electric. On one side is a switch to change from talk to monitor, and it has a belt hook. Up for your consideration is a vintage Northern Telecom rotary dial butt set. It has a green plastic body with a metal clip. I have no way of testing this device. So I'm selling it untested and as you see it. The rotary dial works as intended, and although the cords show some wear and some fraying of the nylon, they are free of any cuts or open spots. There is some cosmetic damage: Some lettering was etched into the left side(Pictured) and some less prominent etching with a nail or pin on the lower back.
