THis is in good shape. I just see a knick on the mouth piece. It comes with the manual and the box- the box is worn pretty good. But the contents are great. They MAY have a smoke smell(most don't, but there is that chance) they may have some dirt to them and they may be scratched, chipped, have watermarks, etc. So, we TRY our HARDEST to DISINFECT them(we also do not like to transfer germs that are unknown even to us- we use Lysol alot) clean them up and mention to you if we see any defects.
